" not all who wander are lost" For my first tattoo, I had been thinking of this nautical trad design and concept for probably 2 or 3 Years. With my uncle being an ink master (Steve wood of sacred tattoo NZ) I knew I couldn't go just anywhere. I wanted to make sure I chose an artist who could really bring the design to life, and who was as excited about it as I was. The outline was done in December 2025, and the final shading details were done last week. About 3 weeks apart. I ended up choosing moncho because I had already known him and the studio well. American traditional work is very competitive in orange county between sid, torch tattoo, Tim Hendricks Fullerton classic, and port city. I am very happy with choosing him to do it, it was really important for me to choose an artist that I knew and trusted. For tattoo aftercare I used the mad rabbit unscented foam cleanser and the mad rabbit soothe gel that is also unscented . Twice a day for about two weeks, then once a day. The aftercare link can be found on his link tree, I purchased it a few days before my tattoo appointment. The brand commission also really helps for small business.
